• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims, including litigation file handling.
• Provide coverage evaluation and decisions; advise on settlement authority.
• Manage claims across multiple states virtually with an emphasis on collaboration.
• Lead workflow, staffing, and performance goals for the unit.
• Ensure compliance with DOI regulations and company policies.
