Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims to oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states from a remote setting. You will supervise First Notice of Loss queues, liaise with partner clubs, and guide adjusters on coverage and liability.

This role supports staffing, budget planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with remote work flexibility and a company-wide discretionary bonus up to 12% of eligible pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Two or more years of litigation experience, preferably involving Special Investigations Unit (SIU).
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field; professional designations encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims, across multiple states.
• Provide technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlements for complex issues.
• Direct daily operations, including workflow distribution, staffing, and coverage across shifts, up to seven days per week.
• Monitor claims quality and customer service via QA reports and feedback for improvement.
• Oversee internal and external counsel, defense costs, and legal billing; manage client communications.
