Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervises complex auto and commercial injury claims including litigation handling.
• Supervises claims across multiple states virtually.
• Acts as claims liaison with partner states to build relationships.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlements.
• Ensures compliance with DOI regulations and company policies.
• Leads staffing, budget planning, and resource oversight.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and brokers.
• Professional designation such as CPCU, AIC, or ICAR.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims.
• Guides workflow, staffing, and coverage across shifts for virtual operations.
• Monitors claims quality and customer service via QA/QARs and feedback.
• Provides training and performance development for staff.
• Oversees internal/external counsel and litigation costs.
• Maintains relationships with partner clubs and brokers.
• Travel as needed for meetings and project work.
