Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible claims role
• 7+ years of complex claims experience
• Licensed Adjuster in applicable states or obtain within 90 days
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states.
• Provide coverage evaluations and decision guidance.
• Manage settlement authority and liaison with partner states.
• Lead claims operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with DOI regulations and company policies.
