Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims - Remote to supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, including litigation coordination.

You will evaluate coverage questions, provide settlement guidance, and act as liaison with partner clubs while leading a distributed team in a remote-first environment. A state license and at least 7 years of complex claims experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• HS/GED or 3 years virtual environment customer service.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days of hire.
• Remote work across multiple states is expected.
