Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims for a remote role. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, including litigation file handling, and may coordinate first notices of loss while serving as a liaison to partner clubs.

You will oversee investigations, provide technical guidance to adjusters, manage staffing and workflow across shifts, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience in casualty.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two+ years of litigation experience, preferably SIU.
• Professional designation or certification such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Provide technical guidance to adjusters, review claims for coverage, liability, and settlement authority.
• Direct daily operations across multiple shifts, staffing, and coverage, including remote work.
• Set and monitor performance goals, service standards, and department objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and DOI regulations across states; communicate changes as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a claims liaison for commercial customers and brokers.
