Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims for remote work across the United States. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across several states, including potential liaison with partner clubs and first notice of loss queues.

You will lead investigations, guide adjusters, and ensure compliance with DOI regulations while driving staffing, budgets, and service standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
• Two or more years of litigation experience, preferably involving SIU claims.
• Professional designation or certification such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.

Aufgaben

• Oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims across multiple states.
• Provide technical guidance to adjusters, reviewing coverage, liability, settlement authority, and complex issues.
• Direct daily operations, including workflow, staffing, and coverage across multiple shifts.
• Monitor claims quality and customer service via file reviews and QA reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and DOI regulations.
• Manage litigation matters with internal/external counsel and control costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison to brokers and partner clubs.
