Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims – Remote. You will supervise complex auto and casualty claims across multiple states, evaluate coverage, and approve settlements within authority.

You may manage loss queues and act as liaison for partner states while guiding adjusters and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes remote leadership, performance management, and ensuring compliance with DOI regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Technical expertise in handling casualty claims of varying complexity relevant to the adjuster roles supervised.
• HS/GED or 3-year customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states virtually.
• Evaluate coverage questions and provide decisions on approval.
• Provide guidance and settlement authority on cases above representative’s authority.
• Act as liaison with partner states to build relationships with partner clubs.
• Lead operations management including workflow, staffing, and scheduling across shifts.
