Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims for a remote role. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, including litigation file handling, while coordinating with partner clubs and ensuring efficient workflow.

This leadership role covers investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution, with ongoing guidance to adjusters, staffing across shifts, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible leadership in a claims environment.
• Experience supervising complex auto and commercial injury claims including litigation.
• Understanding of multi-state regulatory requirements and DOI rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of complex claims.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters and ensures proper resolution of issues.
• Directs daily operations, staffing, and workload across multiple shifts.
• Monitors performance, QA, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and maintains client/broker relationships.
