Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Compensation Consultant to advise business leaders on compensation matters and support salary structures, market pricing, and benchmarking for non-physician roles across the enterprise.

You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, HRIS and leaders to ensure accurate, governance-driven compensation processes, analyze data, equity and pay trends, and drive informed decisions in a physician-led organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, pay transparency, internal equity and market pricing.
• Experience with healthcare or matrixed organizations, Workday, MarketPay, Excel and reporting platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders on compensation matters and requests.
• Support salary structures, pay grades, job evaluations, and benchmarking for non-physician roles.
• Analyze compensation data, internal equity, market competitiveness, and pay trends to support informed decisions.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, HRIS, and business leaders to ensure accurate, consistent, and well-governed compensation processes.
