Parts Town is seeking an Inside Service Technician (Tech Wizard) to directly communicate with end users and field technicians, providing phone/email technical support to repair warranty and non-warranty cold side foodservice equipment. On onboarding, there is a path to CFESA certifications and a culture that values collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC (or relevant training/schooling).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot equipment with end users and field technicians.
• Deliver technical support over the phone and via email (30+ cases per day).
• Use manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts lists to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain customer call information in the company database for future inquiries.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to recommend engineering changes and document failure rates.
