NFP is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a book of trucking and transportation clients. You will handle endorsements, certificates, billing, and renewals while building relationships with clients and carriers.

This is a full-time remote role aligned with PST, MT, or CST time zones. The position emphasizes proactive client service and accurate documentation in the agency system, with opportunities for growth and incentives.

Qualifications

• Prior client service and/or industry and product line experience. Experience with transportation/trucking clients is ideal.
• Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of industry experience with a strong background in commercial insurance.
• Prior retail brokerage experience required.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts and participate actively in meetings.
• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, bill invoices, and contact clients regularly.
• Market renewals by requesting renewal quotations and proposing to insured.
• Quote policy changes, facilitate financing, manage payments and down payments as needed.
• Maintain client policy records in the agency management system.
• Answer calls and emails, addressing client questions as needed.
• Follow up on suspense items and outstanding information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
