NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service trucking and transportation clients. You will manage endorsements, certificates, billing, and inquiries from insureds and underwriters with significant independent discretion in a full-time remote role.

You will develop relationships with clients and carriers, support renewals and proposals, and ensure accurate policy records. Strong communication and insurance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior client service and/or industry and product line experience.
• Experience with transportation/trucking clients is ideal.
• Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of industry experience with a strong background in commercial insurance.
• Prior retail brokerage experience required.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts and participate in meetings.
• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, bill invoices, request payments, and contact clients by phone and email.
• Market renewals by preparing renewal quotations and proposing to insured.
• Quote policy changes, facilitate financing, collect premiums and down payments, and ensure carrier payments.
• Update and maintain client policy records in the agency management system.
• Answer incoming calls and emails, and respond to client questions.
• Follow up on suspense items and outstanding information.
• Other duties as assigned.
