Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a defined book of business, focusing on trucking and transportation clients. You will handle endorsements, certificates, billing, questions from insureds and underwriters, and support renewals and marketing.

This is a full-time remote role aligned to PST, MT or CST time zones. Ideal candidates will have prior commercial insurance experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Client service experience in commercial insurance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage a book of business and service clients.

Responsibilities

• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, bill invoices, and collect payments for assigned clients.
• Support renewal and marketing processes, prepare proposals, and obtain signed applications.
• Maintain client policy records in the agency management system and respond to inquiries.
