The Commercial Lines Account Manager will service a defined book of client accounts with emphasis on trucking and transportation, handling endorsements, certificates, billing, renewals, and inquiries with carriers and insureds.

The role requires day-to-day client servicing, proactive relationship-building, and collaboration with Producers, while working remote in PST, MT, or CST time

Competenze

• Prior client service and/or industry and product line experience; transportation/trucking experience ideal
• Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of industry experience with strong background in commercial insurance
• Prior retail brokerage experience required

Mansioni

• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, bill invoices, request payments, and contact assigned clients regularly.
• Work with Producers to service client accounts and communicate with insureds via verbal and written channels.
• Market renewals by obtaining quotes from carriers and proposing renewals to insureds.
• Quote policy changes, facilitate financing, collect additional premium and ensure carrier payments are received.
• Update and maintain client policy records in the agency management system.
• Answer calls and emails, respond to client questions, and follow up on outstanding items.
