NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to work with Producers in servicing a specific book of client accounts. The role focuses on trucking and transportation clients, handling endorsements, bindings, certificates, billing, and inquiries from insureds and underwriters, with remote work in PST/MT/CST time zones.

Responsibilities include renewals, proposals, financing facilitation, and maintaining client policy records in the agency system.

Qualificações

• Experience with commercial insurance and servicing a book of business.
• Prior retail brokerage experience is a plus.
• Experience with transportation/trucking clients is ideal.

Responsabilidades

• Serve client accounts in coordination with Producers; manage day‑to‑day servicing, communications, and inquiries.
• Handle endorsements, binding policies, certificates, and billing; respond to insured and underwriter requests.
• Assist in renewal and marketing processes, including proposals and applications.
