Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for a fully remote role serving trucking and transportation clients across the United States. You will support Producers by managing endorsements, certificates, billing and inquiries, while participating in renewals and proposals.

A strong background in commercial insurance and client servicing is essential. With a preference for a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience, you will work in a nationwide time zone‑aligned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial insurance industry experience.
• Experience with transportation/trucking clients preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent accepted.
• Prior retail brokerage experience required.

Responsibilities

• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, and bill invoices for assigned clients.
• Provide day‑to‑day client servicing via verbal, email, and written communications.
• Assist with renewals, marketing, proposals, and coordination with underwriters.
• Maintain client policy records in the agency management system and ensure payments.
