The Commercial Lines Account Manager role focuses on servicing a trucking/transportation book, handling endorsements, policy changes and billing while coordinating with Producers and underwriters.

The position is full-time and remote, with coverage in PST/MT/CST time zones, and requires client servicing, proposals, and renewals alongside maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience with commercial insurance.
• Experience with transportation/trucking clients is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Service a specific set of client accounts in trucking/transportation.
• Perform endorsements, bind policies, issue certificates and manage billing.
• Assist in renewal and marketing processes, prepare proposals and obtain signed applications.
• Quote policy changes, facilitate financing, collect premiums and down payments.
• Update and maintain client policy records in the agency management system.
