NFP, an Aon company, is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service trucking and transportation clients in a full-time remote role across PST, MT or CST time zones. You will work with Producers to manage a book of business, handling endorsements, certificates, billing and renewals while building strong client relationships.

The position requires a proven client-service background, a Property & Casualty Broker's License, and 3+ years in commercial insurance.

Qualifications

• Prior client service and/or industry experience with transportation/trucking clients preferred.
• Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire.
• 3+ years of commercial insurance experience; retail brokerage experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Service client accounts and support Producers on a day-to-day basis.
• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, bill invoices, and collect payments.
• Support renewals, prepare proposals, and assist with marketing to insureds.
• Maintain client policy records and respond to inquiries from insureds and underwriters.
• Develop relationships with clients and carrier contacts; respond promptly to needs.
