Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a defined client book with emphasis on trucking and transportation clients. You will handle endorsements, certificates, billing, and inquiries for insureds and underwriters, while supporting renewals and marketing activities.

This remote role requires time-zone alignment (PST/MT/CST) and strong communication across verbal, written, and electronic channels. A minimum 3+ years in commercial insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client service or related industry experience.
• Experience with transportation/trucking clients is ideal.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, bill invoices, request payments, and communicate with clients regularly.
• Quote policy changes and facilitate financing with clients and carriers.
• Maintain updated client policy records in the agency management system.
• Deliver excellent customer service and cultivate relationships with insureds and underwriters.
• Support renewal and marketing processes: proposals, signed applications and bind paperwork.
