Job summary

Navigate Power and Verde Solutions are seeking a Commercial Energy Consultant to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers across the United States. This contract role offers the chance to close high-value deals by leveraging a broad supplier network and a remote work setup that supports flexible scheduling.

You will develop energy-saving solutions, manage a pipeline, and stay updated on procurement, solar, storage, and EV charging to help clients cut costs and optimize energy

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ sales experience (preferably) in the B2B field with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
• Energy Expertise (Preferred) Experience in energy consulting, procurement, or related fields. Having an established book of business is a plus.
• Network-Driven Strong professional connections and the ability to leverage them for client acquisition.
• Self-Motivated Comfort working independently and driving your own success without extensive supervision.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset Adaptable, proactive, and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment where your earnings directly reflect your hustle.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of commercial and industrial prospects.
• Develop relationships with business owners, property managers, operators, executives, and other decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to help clients reduce costs, manage energy risk, improve efficiency, and plan for future energy needs.
• Present tailored energy solutions using Navigate Power and Verde Solutions’ supplier network, tools, and support resources.
• Grow long-term client relationships through consultative selling, referrals, networking, and consistent follow-up.
• Stay current on energy procurement, renewables, battery storage, EV charging, and other commercial energy solutions.
