Job summary

Navigate Power is seeking a Commercial Energy Sales Consultant to build and manage a client book in a remote, contract role. You will work with Verde Solutions' supplier network to compare electricity and natural gas offers, win new accounts, and expand existing relationships.

This remote position offers uncapped commissions and no base salary. You will engage business owners and decision-makers, present energy proposals, and leverage pricing tools and back-office support to close deals and grow

Qualifications

• Two+ years in sales or B2B selling preferred.
• Ability to generate and manage a client book.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Engage decision-makers and present energy proposals with clear terms.
• Review utility data and client needs to tailor recommendations.
• Explain pricing, contract terms, and market conditions to clients.
• Introduce solar, EV charging, and energy efficiency options when suitable.
• Move opportunities from discovery to proposal and close, coordinating handoffs.
• Maintain pipeline and pursue renewals, referrals, and additional projects.
