Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• 3+ years delivering training programs or onboarding initiatives.
• Proven track record in executing structured curricula and readiness.
• Cross-functional coordination with SMEs and internal teams.
• Strong communication, scheduling, and project management skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Go-to-Market Onboarding & Enablement for U.S. sales teams.
• Develop and deliver training modules on internal processes and tools.
• Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Manage content creators and SMEs to keep materials current.
• Maintain Skill Matrix and readiness tracking.
• Oversee calendars and logistics for national training programs.
• Mentor field readiness during post-onboarding phase.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site training and events.
