Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Drive U.S. Go-to-Market Onboarding & Enablement for new hires across technical and business operations.
• Develop and execute training modules covering internal processes, CRM workflows, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to design, optimize, and scale curricula.
