Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Digital Pace Specialist AE to grow our digital footprint within existing customers. You will own relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders, while the Core AE handles broader Sales and Service relationships.

You will drive opportunities across Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data 360, build a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and collaborate with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Partners and Marketing to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B & SaaS full-cycle sales experience
• Ability to manage existing accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Familiarity with MarTech, Commerce, customer data or broader Digital ecosystem
• Experience selling to Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce buyers at director level+

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders; drive customer satisfaction
• Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy aligned to customer objectives
• Partner with Core AE / Account Director on strategy and executive engagement
• Perform account planning with Prime and Cloud sales resources for strategic alignment
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
• Share Salesforce value tied to outcomes like personalization, data unification, commerce growth
• Drive growth within accounts via new opportunities, expansion, whitespace, cross-sell across Digital portfolio
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through account mapping, outbound prospecting and joint campaigns
• Forecast accurately and maintain clean pipeline in Salesforce
