Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Digital Pace Specialist AE to expand our digital footprint inside existing accounts, partnering with Core Account Executives to drive opportunities in Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce.

You will build long-term account strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and advocate Salesforce’s AI, data and commerce solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes for Commercial segments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B & SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage existing accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a specialist/overlay role.
• Understanding of MarTech, Commerce, customer data or broader Digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy.
• Partner with Core AE / Account Director on account strategy and executive engagement.
• Perform account planning with Prime and Cloud sales resources for strategic alignment.
• Coordinate Salesforce resources (Solution Engineers, CSM, Partners, Marketing) to meet needs.
