Job summary

Kemper is seeking a Sales Executive for Commercial Auto to drive profitable growth within an assigned territory including Denver, CO. The role supports agents, executes the company’s sales strategy, and crosses-sells Kemper Auto products.

This position is remote with frequent local travel and requires residing in the Denver, CO area. Key duties include influencing agent behavior, cross-selling, and territory development while maintaining strong agency relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in Commercial insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Working knowledge of insurance operations: underwriting, claims, marketing, and product.
• Effective communication skills and public speaking ability.
• Must be flexible, highly motivated and a self-starter.
• Ability to interpret data from company reports and build action plans.

Responsibilities

• Influence agent behavior to sell Kemper Commercial Auto and execute the sales strategy.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell Kemper Auto products and align with agency needs.
• Manage and develop a territory of independent agents and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate regionally to implement new production launches and drive growth.
