Formación

• 3+ years of sales experience with a focus on commercial insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Influence agents to sell Kemper Commercial Auto following sales strategy.
• Cross-sell Kemper Auto products and align with agency needs.
• Develop and manage a territory of independent agents and relationships.
• Contribute to regional strategy and new production launches.
