You will influence agents to sell Kemper Commercial Auto, execute the company’s sales strategy, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve long-term growth and profitability. A background in insurance operations and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• ~3+ years of sales experience with 1+ years of Commercial insurance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implements and executes sales strategies to achieve financial and sales goals.
• Identifies opportunities to cross-sell Kemper Auto products with agencies.
• Responsible for managing and developing a territory of independent agents and building strong relationships.
• Active participation in regional strategy meetings and assist in new production launches.
