Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, with 1+ years in Commercial insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Working knowledge of insurance operations: underwriting, claims, marketing, and product.

• Influence agent behavior and execute on sales strategies to achieve financial and sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal partners to achieve intended outcomes.
