The position requires 3+ years in sales (1+ in commercial insurance), a business/marketing degree preferred, and English/Spanish bilingual skills. You’ll influence agents, cross-sell products, and manage a broad network while collaborating on regional strategy.

Formación

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in commercial insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Working knowledge of insurance operations: underwriting, claims, marketing, and product.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
• Ability to interpret data from company reports and build action plans.

Responsabilidades

• Influence agents to sell Kemper Commercial Auto and execute the company’s sales strategy.
• Cross-sell Kemper Auto products and align with agency needs.
• Manage a territory of independent agents and drive new business growth, retention, and profitability.
• Collaborate in regional strategy meetings and aid in launching new productions.
