Kemper is seeking a bi-lingual Sales Executive - Commercial Auto to drive profitable growth in the Denver area. This remote role requires residing in the Denver, CO region due to travel needs and involves managing a diverse network of independent agents.

The position offers a base range and potential discretionary bonus; candidates should have 3+ years in sales with 1+ year in commercial insurance, a Bachelor’s degree, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with 1+ year of Commercial insurance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business or Marketing preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Working knowledge of insurance operations: underwriting, claims, marketing, and product.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Flexible, self-starter with a proactive approach.
• Ability to manipulate and interpret report data in spreadsheets.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to interpret statistical data and build action plans from insights.
• Must have an acceptable driving record.

• Keeps current on product and pricing trends to support outcomes.
• Participates in regional strategy meetings and assists in launches.
