Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Renewals Specialist.
• Experience managing 50+ accounts and driving renewals and expansion.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and renewals with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
• Lead the renewal process for each account, ensuring terms align with customer needs.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts to drive incremental revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within each account.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Marketing, and other teams to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor account health and address risks to retention and growth.
