Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to obtain PCS certification within one year of hire.
• Ability to pass initial and ongoing background checks and identity verification.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls professionally.
• Negotiate payment arrangements meeting consumer and company goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and note-taking; ensure compliance with FDCPA and state laws.
• Follow call scripts and navigate multiple systems to maximize recovery on each account.
• Build rapport quickly through active listening and clear communication.
