Job summary

RevCycle, Inc. is seeking Collection Representatives to join our remote team. This position is fully remote, but candidates must reside in Wisconsin, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina, or North Carolina.

You will handle high-volume calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and help consumers resolve balances with dignity and professionalism. Training is provided, with an initial $20/hour during classroom sessions, then $17/hour plus performance-based

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Able to multitask and use multiple computer systems.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Willing to obtain PCS certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes minimum requirements for KPIs including call quality scores monthly.
• Contacts consumer regarding past due balance and negotiates payment terms and methods within guidelines.
• Updates account notes and other documentation in real time while working with consumers making few errors.
• Handles high volume of inbound consumer calls while on dialer and places outbound calls.
• Effectively uses scripts/verbatims and navigates within guidelines to maximize potential recovery on each call.
