Job summary

RevCycle, Inc. is hiring Collection Representatives for a fully remote role. Residents of WI, KS, GA, OK, FL, AR, TN, TX, SC or NC can be considered. You will guide consumers toward practical payment solutions and maintain compliant documentation.

Training pays $20/hour, then $17/hour plus performance bonuses; top earners can see commissions on a clear progression with Monday–Friday schedules and occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, PCS certification within one year preferred.
• Ability to work a remote full-time schedule with a private home office.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Negotiate payment arrangements that meet consumer and company goals.
• Maintain accurate notes and comply with laws and standards.
• Use scripts and systems to maximize recovery on each call.
