Job summary

RevCycle, Inc. is seeking Collection Representatives to join our team in a fully remote role. Residents of Wisconsin, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina, or North Carolina are eligible.

You will handle high-volume calls, negotiate payment plans, and uphold FDCPA and state compliance while pursuing uncapped earnings in a performance-driven environment with a supportive Midwest culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to obtain PCS certification within one year.
• Successful completion of identity, criminal and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls professionally.
• Negotiate payment arrangements meeting consumer and company goals.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow legal guidelines.
