LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist to join our team. Leverage your negotiation skills and debt collection experience to recover delinquent accounts while working from home.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, use skip-tracing tools, and maintain compliant, detailed case documentation in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace.
• Experience in high-volume collections.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Experience meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
