Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist to join our nationwide team from home. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with debt laws while delivering results in a performance-driven environment.

You must have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a distraction-free home workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
