Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join our nationwide team from home. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and maintain compliant documentation while meeting performance goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a home office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently in a home environment.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize accounts to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and compliance.
