As a Collections Specialist, you will negotiate resolutions, locate borrowers, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. This remote role requires a professional home workspace and the ability to meet or exceed collection

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in third-party debt collection.
• Proven ability to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Professional appearance and remote workspace.
• Experience in high-volume collections environments.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and CCM systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
