Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking remote Collections Specialists with at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience. In this role, you'll manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while maintaining professional client interactions.

This remote, Monday–Friday position requires a distraction-free home office, bilingual English/Spanish capability, and the ability to meet aggressive recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Proven ability to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize recovery activities.
