Foundation Finance Company is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past due accounts and reach out to customers to resolve delinquency in line with company policy. The role handles more complex inquiries and performs outbound calls aimed at one-call resolutions.

The position requires strong communication, typing, and computer skills, with a focus on prompt problem-solving and accurate documentation. Shift schedule includes two evening shifts and a quarterly Saturday rotation.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year experience in customer service or collections preferred.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet, email.

Responsabilidades

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency per policy.
• Handle more complex account questions from customer service and other reps.
• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over-the-phone payments, including credit cards.
• Offer relief options per company policies and practices.
• Explain interest, statements, and other account information to customers.
• Complete in-office administrative tasks and document notes per processes.
• Adapt to changes productively.
