Job summary

Foundation Finance Company is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past due accounts and reach resolution with customers. You will perform outbound calls, research delinquent accounts, and process over-the-phone payments to improve one-call resolutions.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in customer service or collections, and strong communication and typing skills. Evening shifts and a Saturday rotation are included as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve per policy.
• Make outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best course of action.
• Process over-the-phone payments (credit cards) to achieve one-call resolution.
• Provide relief options to customers in hardship per policies.
• Explain interest, statements, and other account questions to customers.
• Complete in-office/administrative tasks as needed.
• Document notes in required systems per processes.
• Adapt and respond productively to changes.
