Job summary

Foundation Finance Company, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past-due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquencies in line with policy. This role handles more complex questions from the customer service team.

You will perform outbound calls, process payments over the phone, offer hardship relief options, and document interactions in our systems. Evening shifts and one Saturday every five weeks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet, email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact.
• Two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every 5 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Performs outbound calls on past due customer accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over the phone payments, including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers encountering hardships per policy.
• Relay information about interest, statements, and other questions.
• Assist with overflow calls including disputes, recovery, first pay, bankruptcy.
• Document notes per company processes.
• Work with team to meet deadlines.
