Foundation Finance Company is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I in the United States to assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency in line with policy.

You will handle more complex inquiries, process payments by phone, discuss relief options, document notes, and support a team with accurate, timely communication. Evening shifts and one Saturday every five weeks are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or collections preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet and email.
• Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy.
• Good typing speed and strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit cards.
• Offer relief options as per company policies.
• Explain account details, statements, and interest to customers.
• Handle overflow calls (disputes, recovery, bankruptcy, etc.).
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Document notes in required systems with accuracy.
