Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year experience in customer service or collections preferred.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet, email.
• Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good typing speed.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to past-due accounts to resolve delinquency per policy.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution approach.
• Process payments by phone, including credit cards.
• Provide relief options to customers in hardship per policies.
• Explain interest, statements, and other account questions to customers.
• Complete in-office/administrative tasks as needed.
• Adapt to changes in product or process as required.
