Foundation Finance Company is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past-due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency in accordance with company policy.

The role handles more complex questions from the customer service team, performs outbound calls, and documents all account activity. Shifts include two evening blocks and a quarterly Saturday rotation, with opportunities to provide flexible solutions to hardship cases.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong typing skills.

Aufgaben

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency per policy.
• Handle more complex account questions from customer service and other representatives.
• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Recognize and research delinquent or potentially delinquent accounts and determine course of action.
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers in hardship per policies.
• Relay information on interest, statements, and other account questions.
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks and document notes per procedures.
• React productively to change in workflow.
