Job summary

Foundation Finance Company is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past due accounts and contact customers for resolution in line with policy. The role handles more complex inquiries and conducts outbound calls to resolve delinquency while processing phone payments and documenting all interactions.

You will relay information about interest and statements and provide hardship options per policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency according to policy.
• Handle complex account questions from customer service and other reps.
• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over the phone payments including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers in hardship cases.
• Relay information on interest, statements, and other account questions.
• Document notes in required systems per procedures.
• Adapt to changes productively.
