You will handle more complex questions transferred from the service team with professional communication and accurate record-keeping. Responsibilities include outbound delinquency calls, processing payments over the phone, and offering relief options within policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills and professional phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve per policy.
• Handle complex account questions from customer service and other reps.
• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers facing hardships per policy.
• Relay information about interest, statements, and account questions.
• Document notes per company processes and maintain proper records.
• Adapt to changes in processes and systems.
• Work two evening shifts and one Saturday shift every 5 weeks.
